Irma Koleszar - Practice Administrator
Born in Toledo Ohio, I moved to Birmingham Michigan and grew up in a wonderful
community. After my college years I relocated to AZ and have been here for over thirty-
two years. I have 2 incredible sons that keep me extremely busy.
With 30 plus years in the dental field I have managed multiple dental offices while
working in a consulting firm for over 15 of those 30 yrs. My mentors taught me how to dream
possibilities and how important it is to give back to my dental community.
In May of 2010, Dr. Mansell invited me to help take the practice to the highest level
possible for her patients. Together we are working diligently to ensure her practice is on
the leading edge of dentistry. Our desire is to meet and exceed everyone’s expectations.
In doing so we have an open door policy and I routinely spend time talking with patients
to answer their questions and provide helpful information. I am committed to helping
our patients plan how to afford their optimal dental treatment while making it easy for
them to achieve their "Dream Smile." I look forward to meeting you when you choose to
visit our practice.
In my spare time I enjoy spending time with my sons Alex and Jacob, traveling, playing
golf, riding Harley's, and going anywhere near the Canadian borders!
Liz Shumway - Front Office
Liz enjoys dentistry for a number of reasons. She loves working with the patients, helping people restore their smiles, and educating them on the benefits of optimal dental health. Liz has been in the dental field for 9 years now and enjoys the challenges of learning about and implementing new technology in the dental office. She is proficient in regards to all our patient insurance billings and can provide answers to your queries.
In Liz's spare time, she enjoys spending time with family and friends. Liz has continued to further her education on a part time basis for nursing while still providing her expertise on all patient's behalf. She enjoys working out at the gym, hiking, traveling, wakeboarding, spending time outdoors, and basically living a healthy lifestyle.
Shelley Szabo - Lead Dental Assistant
Originally from Ohio, Shelley has worked with Dr. Mansell for over 5 years. Shelley is another member of the team devoted to providing top quality care and comfort to you during each and everyone of your visits.
Keelin Allen - Hygiene Assistant
Keelin has recently joined the dental field. She is very excited to be a part of Dr. Mansell's practice. Keelin enjoys learning and growing with the practice. Keelin has completed all her examinations to become a dental assistant and has great rapport with the patients. Keelin is our little helper, you will find Keelin doing almost everything in the office, whether its assisting the doctor or answering the phones. When you hear "Kiki" that is our way of calling Keelin to come to the rescue!!
When Keelin is not working you will find her visiting friends or family in Nebraska, entertaining her friends, and cooking with her husband. Keelin loves hanging out by the pool and taking her dogs on long walks.
Erin Hawkes - Registered Dental Hygienist
Originally from Washington State, Erin came to call the Valley of the Sun home at a young age. Erin attended college at Northern Arizona University where she received a Bachelor's degree with emphasis on the Science of Dental Hygiene. She has been working face to face with patients for 3 years and while she has only been with our office a short while she is a valued member of our dental team. Erin became passionate about helping people at a young age and carries that passion into her profession. She enjoys working with patients from all walks of life to providing superior care with her understanding and gentle demeanor. Erin is dedicated to providing a positive, educational, and fun dental experience for each patient she sees.
When Erin is not fighting plaque, she enjoys hiking, camping, snowbaording, and heading to the beach.
Michele Davies - Registered Dental Hygienist
Michele has been in dentistry for over 18 years. She studied Nutrition & Dietetics at Arizona State University, and obtained her dental hygiene degree from Phoenix College. Michele loves helping people achieve and maintain a healthy smile, and she enjoys building long lasting relationships with her patients. She has a kind, empathetic manner of care, and is interested in helping all of her patients feel safe and comfortable during their dental appointments. Michele has experience in cosmetic dentistry, periodontics, and family dentistry.
When Michele is not arresting periodontal disease, she enjoys traveling, biking, hiking, and spending time with her husband and three sons.
